Direct contact and bookings

If you write by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you provide — name, contact information, the content of your message — are used solely to reply and to handle your request or booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are not passed to third parties or used for any other purpose, and they are kept only for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet legal obligations.

No cookies, no analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no traffic-analysis or advertising services. That is why there is no banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse.

Google map

The map on the contact page loads only after an explicit click. Only from that moment does your browser connect to Google’s servers, which may process certain data (such as your IP address) under Google’s own privacy policy. Before you click, nothing is transmitted.

Bookings on Booking.com

The booking buttons lead to the Booking.com website, an independent data controller: any data you enter there is governed by Booking.com’s own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Hostinger’s servers. Like any hosting provider, Hostinger may record technical logs — IP addresses, for example — for security and to keep the service running. These logs are not used to identify visitors.

Your rights

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
